Was it only &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;after&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Iceland went down?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Did he ever ask any such questions previously?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It seems to me there is an overriding public interest for the confidential report to be released into the public domain. On what grounds can it remain exempt?</description>
