This would then provide a usable site for the market when it is in operation. Last week I took a group of Senior officers from Barnet around the ward and we discussed this option. I’m pleased to report that there are talks taking place between the owners of the market and the council with a view to implementing this idea. I very much hope that they can reach an agreement on this.
