After an exchange of emails with the Borough Commander I can reveal that it looks very unlikely that the hours of opening for Barnet Police station will change. A review is taking place but only into the use of the police station as a patrol base which would not mean that it would be open any longer than it is now.

Last night I attended the policing pledge meeting at the Bull on Barnet High Street. It was a very good meeting. One issue that was repeatedly raised was that of Barnet police station and the fact that it is not open 24 hours a day. We were told at the meeting that a review is currently underway.
